These terms govern use of the invited client service-desk portal. They are provided for operational clarity and are not a legal certification.
Access
Access is by invitation only. You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and use the portal only for legitimate service requests related to your organization.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or unnecessary sensitive content. Do not attempt to access other clients’ data. Internal tools such as ClickUp may be used by Cossette staff to process your request; client-visible status wording may differ from internal task statuses.
Service nature
The portal provides a channel to submit and follow service requests. It does not by itself create SLA penalties, billing commitments or a guarantee of immediate resolution.
